The duty of the Council is to deal with matters within its boundaries and which come under its remit. These include caring for all public areas owned by the Council, maintaining the children’s playground, looking at planning applications, liaising with the Hurst Green Memorial Hall Management Committee, installing and maintaining any speed control equipment within the village etc.
In our meetings we discussions include the various aspects of digital photography, lighting, viewing each others photographs via a laptop and projector. We sometimes have models to sit for us, other times; interesting items and objects are our "focus". Encouragement, help and guidance are always available. Members own favourite topics, be it, pets, family, holidays are always appreciated.
Asylum Stories: Oral History Archive
We are a voluntary group developing an oral history archive of personal stories from refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK. We will work with a UK university to store the archive, while this website seeks to promote our projects. These include Room at the Inn, which focuses on people with experience of living in asylum hotels.

Little Cornard is a village in Suffolk. Located around 0.5 miles from its larger sibling Great Cornard on the B1508 between Sudbury and Colchester.
