Yoga class

Yoga

We offer a free Yoga class for women on Thursdays at Piper Hall, from 12.15pm to 1.15pm. You need to be a registered client to attend the class. See below for how to make an appointment to register.

Workshops and events

We run regular workshops to help clients improve their health and fitness. Recent topics covered include cancer screening, diabetes awareness, sexual health, healthy eating and immunisations.  We can also help you access a free bike through The Bike Project, to keep fit and save money on travel expenses.

FREE information and advice for refugees and asylum seekers who live in Kingston and surrounding areas.

We are delivering our English classes online and by phone. The Learning Centre is now closed.
