We offer FREE information and advice for refugees and asylum seekers who live in Kingston and the surrounding areas.

We can help you with:

  • immigration (OISC Level 3)
  • welfare benefits
  • education
  • housing
  • utilities - gas, water, electricity, phone & internet
  • medical access - doctor, dentist and hospital
  • school access - primary school, secondary school and college

We speak the following languages:

  • English
  • French / Français
  • Farsi / فارسی
  • Arabic / العَرَبِيَّة‎
  • Korean / 조선말

Interpreters in other languages can sometimes be arranged depending on the availability of volunteer interpreters.

Our advice is FREE and we are registered with the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) to give immigration advice to level 3, and also hold Advice Quality Standard Accreditation (AQS).
