Until recently our members were able to go directly to our home page and use the login option to gain access to our site. Now they are directed to the Voice front end in order to log in. We also noticed that when accessing our site via the Community Website A-Z that there is now no link from our short description with logo. This is causing some confusion for our members as the process is not consistent with the instructions that we have prepared. Look forward to your response.

Both these things seem to work fine for me. When I go to your site - http://e-voice.org.uk/bytescafe/ - and click login I don't appear to be redirected to the main Voice site.

Also, from the A-Z Directory there does appear to be a link from your site's name to your site.

Are you still experiencing problems? If so, can you give me any more details, such as what browser you're using, and steps to reproduce the problem (i.e, saying what you see and what you expected to see but didn't!)

Thanks

Joe, Thanks for your reply. The link from the Community websites A-Z is now working for all of my sites. However for the Rothsay Ramblers site when I try to login to our home page I am directed to the main Voice site. As far as I can tell this means that this site is no longer visible to the public and can only be accessed by registered members. We would like to have our public pages readily accessible to the public. Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

The Rothsay Ramblers site has been configured not to allow Public Read access. So if you try to visit the site while not logged in it'll redirect you to the login page.

To change this log in as an admin of the site, and go to Manage Website -> Users and Permissions -> Permissions and Sharing. From there you can grant Read access to The Public, and the site will be visible to all again.

More information on permissions is available in the documentation.

Thanks
