I have noticed when I upload a file to the file area.
For example agendas and minutes we get two identical notifications sent to the same address.
Notification for: File-Storage: New File Uploaded
File-Storage folder: Village Plan
Name of the New File Uploaded: Big Weekend Agenda
Uploaded by: Chairman
View folder contents: http://www.eastinvolve.net/my_domain/files/?folder_id=4686630

If I make a change to the website content it sends the correct link (www.my_domain.gov.uk) and only once.
I thing there is a problem when uploading files.

I suspect it is trying to send a notification for each folder of the Our Files hierarchy. It used to be the case that users would subscribe for notifications independently for each folder, but since its recently been simplified to just subscribe to notifications for the whole site then I think the notification logic is wrong for Our Files.
Do you get only one notification if a file is added to the root directory of Our Files?
Or, do you get three notifications if you create a file inside a folder inside a folder?
I'll check this out on our test site and hopefully get a fix on the live site soon.
