There's no built in way to do this - though it sounds like it could be a useful addition, e.g., as a display mode for the Filtered Item List - I will look into the feasibility of this.

So for now you would have to hand craft it as Bootstrap 3 HTML.

Probably the easiest, in this modern world, is to ask your AI agent of choice for the Bootstrap 3 HTML for the button/list, specifying what you want on the button, and what you want in each link.

You can then add this to the page, in the WYSIWYG editor's Source view, or by using the Raw HTML includelet, or by adding to page header/footer in the theme options, depending on where you want it to appear.

I would be interested to know how this works out!
