Voice does keep an audit trail of all admin logins among other things, though these aren't visible to site administrators, only superadmins. We have to be careful about what we share for privacy reasons.
I could add a Last Login date and time in the users list, if that would be useful? This could also be valuable for admins of membership sites to see who is or isn't using the system.
I suppose the question is - what is the hoped for increase in security that the email or event log would give you? What could you usefully do with this information?
Thanks
Joe
Hi Joe and thank you very much for your reply. I think a last login would be useful.
I think my colleagues issue is that he has been used to managing the society's old website on his own, he has apparently suffered a number of brute force attempts to login to the admin on the old site ( which was an over the top complicated Wordpress affair that he didn't really "get" ) and he just wanted to be sure that the evoice site was secure. The last login might do just that!
He was used to being notified when another admin logged in to the old site and just expected that to continue I guess.
Many Thanks
Dave
Thanks for adding the last login, that should assuage his concerns (I hope!)
