Curious - seems to be a problem with the "Pick my own primary colour and fonts" mode of the Fresh theme. I've now switched it to a preset colour scheme and it seems to be fine.
I'll let you know when I've fixed the "pick my own" mode!
Oh actually the reason is that you had turned off Read access for the site for everyone other than Administrators - I've now reset the permissions so the site is working fine again!
