When I am logged in as admin and preview a pdf link the file is a corrupted file of symbols . But if I view live it is ok. Could this be a browser issue, I am using Vivaldi on iPad.

Weird - I don't know why this would be different if you're logged in or not. If you share the link I could have a look.
