I have recently abandoned an old website and re-built on e-voice am using the same domain name. The new site is there and working fine (very happy with the improvements we've been able to make) but Google is still indexing pages from the old site.

I've tried using the Google Search Console to force google to trawl the new site but I can't get the verify process to work.

Any ideas how to force Google to trawl through my new e-voice site please?  I can see this has come up before but a while ago so I don't know if anything has changed. 

Any help would be appreciated
