I have set up a new page (Spring 2026 Show Results) but am unable to upload new images to the Relations section - I just get a message to say the page has not been found. 

I have tried uploading existing images to the same page and this works fine.  I have also tried uploading new images onto a previous page and am again getting the page not found message.

I can't spot any obvious issues - is this a bug?
