Hi Joe,

Apologies yet again. This morning after receiving complaints from other site Admins I sent you an email because all of us were being bombarded with responses following a survey I published last night.  After consulting the VoiceBot I realised that within this survey settings there was a tick-box that says something along the lines to notify me when a response was received.  Sure enough there was a tick-box and it was ticked.  So I removed the tick from the box, and advised the other administrators to do likewise.  I then sent another email to you on the assumption that was the problem solved.

However, I am still being inundated with emails every time a response is made.  The box no longer has a tick.  Is there anything else I (and the other admins) should be doing to stop these emails coming through?  Is it a system bug?
