Both of these fonts are already available in the theme options. Go to Look & Feel > Theme and click Options next to the theme in use.

For Clarity you can go ahead and select the font. For Bootstrap you have to enable Use Custom Fonts, and for Fresh you need to select Pick my own primary colour and fonts from the Colour Scheme selection.

They are listed in the "Google" section of the fonts list.
