You will notice that i have put the includulet in the trash for now as i could not get it to work.
Ahhah, OK, I've copied the includelet back to the latest revision from an older revision so I could have a look, and I can see the problem.
What it is is that you have selected Pictures Only for the display mode, but then have added the image into the WYSIWYG editor part of each content block.
In Pictures Only mode it doesn't show the WYSIWYG content at all, not even the pictures.
You need to select the image using the "Select from Assets Library" next to the Image field in the content popup if you want it to appear in the Pictures Only mode.
Or, if you really do want the picture in the WYSIWYG editor to show (e.g., because there are other useful styles in there that you want to use) then you need to enable Pictures and Text, or Text Only mode for the includelet.
