i'm new to e-voice. I think it's great and web site is coming along well.

A question I hope someone can help with.

I want to duplicate the Files application so that I can have 2 on the Nav bar. The original will hold folders and files with report and accounts, committee etc but the other would be renamed Booking Forms Booking Forms in order that anyone wanting to book our village hall can go straight to to that rather than wade through the general folders under files.

I wondered about this but in the end decided that for a single file it is easier to add the document in the Asset Library and create a ‘Button’ on the home page linking to it.

Then you don’t have to worry about Permissions to access the File area.

It isn't possible as standard to have two Our Files apps - though you could create two folders in one app.

One option could be to create booking forms in the survey tool and add these to pages using the Survey includelet, so that Our Files is just for reports and accounts etc.
