Hi,

Is it possible to redirect an external? So that when ppl click on the external link (to buy tickets to the concert) they arrive at my website.

You can redirect a URL on your Voice site to an external site, using the Redirect page type in the CMS.

However there's nothing you can do on your Voice site to control whether external sites redirect to your site. That would be up to the owners of the external site!
