If you mean within the navbar, then this is just a case of adding pages below other pages in your Site Map, and ensuring that Include in navigation menu is turned on for all the pages that you want to appear in the dropdown.

So for example on your existing site, to to the Content Management tab, click on the section under which you want to create a new page (such as FPHC News), then click on Create Item, select the item type and click Go. Then edit the item as normal, and tick Include in navigation menu, then Save and Publish.
