I look after a newsletter website, and each month upload a new newsletter in pdf format. All fine until this month, PC users can read the PDF no problem, whether in Chrome, Edge, Adobe reader. But Android users get message that the PDF is corrupted, both using Chrome or Adobe reader?! I have tried uploading the PDF file as a Document asset several times, using filenames ending with and without .pdf, and once got it to work with .pdf at end of filename, but then foolishly changed something, and it won't work again. I do have a terrible internet connection - in the past I had to attempt uploading several times, but lately it doesn't fail to upload, just takes a while, but may be corrupting the file? But then again the upload opens fine on a PC, so why is it corrupted on Android? Is it an Android problem?
Paul, RetBatNews.
Just to add, previous issues on our website no longer open with Android either, whereas they used to be fine and haven't been touched, so it looks even more like an Android problem.
