Carol McIntosh, a member of Marlow Bowls Club is included in the list of members with the e-mail address -

The system is not accepting her password and when she uses “Forgotten your password” to get a reset, she is not receiving a link back.

I have asked her to check junk / spam, but she says she is not receiving anything.

She has suggested I delete her from the site members, but that will still leave her with a Voice account.

Can you help?

Have you checked her email on the system is the same as as the one you are quoting in the message?
