I've published a change to the Modern, Bootstrap, and Fresh themes so that the columns stack a bit more nicely, and match how the new Clarity theme stack the columns.

The most notable change is that if there are three columns, the right column stacks beneath Content before the Left column stacks.

The Modern theme now also keeps the side nav (if present) on the iPad size screen rather than pushing it under the content.

Also put live a few bug fixes, for the Latest News includelet, Related Image Gallery with videos in it, and public survey responses.
