I just received some competition entries through the suryeys app.

When I received my notification email, the link to the files redirect me to a "not found" page.

Email looks like this:

Print Title #1

Derelict Boat

Please upload image #1. "Title - Name.jpg"

Uploaded file: Derelict Boat - John Laverock.jpg

User also reported that when they submitted they got a "server error" message. Wondering if the logs had anything unusual there?
