OK, I've found and fixed the problem.

When selecting an image from within a folder in the Assets Library, it wasn't setting the correct URL to load the higher res image.

(it was missing ?attr=image_12col from the end of the image URL)

It now does so, and thus your image isn't so fuzzy!
