Just a couple of quick questions on the surveys app:

1) When I download a CSV file, I notice that some fields have a html tags still in the file. Would be nice to tidy those up.

For example: This CSV File here

The header on one of the fields looks like this: 

<p>Does you image meet the file name and image size requirements?</p>

2) The survey confirmation page doesn't appear to be something I can edit. Is that the case - can I amend it? It would be nice if I could amend this with my own text. It would be very cool if it could be a page that I could add a quick feedback poll ( something like: "did you find your visit to this site easy today") or add pictures or other includelets etc
