Thanks for reporting this - I'd also just noticed this myself and have fixed it.

The Panel Colour picker should have been showing a preset list (Primary/Info/Warning etc) but was accidentally showing the colour picker wheel.

If you go back to the includelet options you can now correctly select the colour.
