I've moved the Social Links (Twitter/Facebook/etc URLs) out of the different Theme Options pages and into the main Website Details tab of the site admin.

There are two reasons for this:

• When you change theme you don't have to set up the social links again.
• The social links are now shown in the Contact Information includelet as well as in the site footer.

Any social links you had set in your theme have been copied over onto the new settings page.

I've also put live the changes mentioned previously, around automatically deleting inactive users.
