1: Problem with cookies and this seems fine

I am getting the above message when trying to log in on chrome in windows 10 on the lingfieldlibrary.org.uk website. It says that Voice was unable to create the cookies it needs. This is a new laptop and it also occurs when I try to log in on two other laptops. I did manage to login once on another laptop, but when I logged out and tried to login again I got the same message. I have examined the cookies on my laptop and at one stage there were 3 there which seemed empty, so I deleted them but it made no difference. I am having to post this from an iPad again using chrome which seems fine meaning my I’d and password are all ok. Any clues?

This does not seem fine. Problems trying to use an iPad.

This issue is still ongoing. However I have now found I can sign in using Microsoft Edge, so it seems to be to do with Chrome. I find it surprising that Chrome is not mentioned anywhere in the help pages considering is has 60% market share in the uk.
