1: Remove enquiry form from home page

When our site was transfered over to e_voice the enquiry form on the home page was imported.      I have now set up new  booking forms on a different page, so would like to get the enquiry  form on  the home page removed.    I can not find a way that allows me to remove it, looks like it is hard coded, so help please?  Thanks

I guess you mean the Booking Manager form on https://e-voice.org.uk/downley-memorial-hall/

This is generated using the Contact Form includelet.

To remove it go to Edit This Page, then to the Layout tab. If necessary click on Create a new revision to make changes. Then remove the includelet and publish the page.
