Eviidently I am being rather stupid - our home page is published. When I "preview" it all looks fine.

When I use the e-voice url to view the page as "joe public" I am asked to log in to "voice".

When I follow the neighbouring parish council's link (basically the same link except the name) the webpage appears without requesting login. 

What button have I not pressed?
