1: Resurrecting 'old' Voice site

Who do I contact, and how, regarding the re-use of a Voice website that has been essentially dormant since the death of the former administrator.

This is related to the Middlesex Street Estate Residents' Association which appears to exist in two versions:

Just let me know at admin@e-voice.org.uk which site you'd like to resurrect and I'll add you as an admin. I can then also remove the site that's no longer needed.
