I was unable to access the Euphonix website earlier this evening, nor the e-voice site (around 18.00hrs).  Was the system affected by an outage earlier this evening, and is everything now operating properly?

Yes - you're right on both counts.

I don't know exactly what had happened but seems to have been a problem at the datacentre (it didn't just affect the voice server, some other servers were unavailable too). It occurred between about 17:40 and 18:20 yesterday.
