There's no FTP available - all the data on Voice sites is stored in databases not as files that can be transferred anywhere.

There's no effective way to bulk-export the entire site (and if there was, there'd be no effective way to bulk-import it anywhere else anyway). If you're setting up a new site on a new system then you pretty much have to do it all manually.
