With advice from Ionos I changed the IP address to that provided in your email.
My website is now not accessible. I get the following:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.indoorbowlingleague.co.uk. Peer reports it experienced an internal error.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT
I have tried changing the IP address back to what it was originally, but get the same error message.
Is the problem at your end or is it an Ionos problem?
How do I resolve it, please
Currently your domain is pointing at the IP address 188.8.131.52 - which is not that of Voice, which is why it isn't working.
If you try again, setting it to point to 184.108.40.206 then it should work fine.
There's usually a delay after changing it before anything happens, but once set, be patient, and all will be well.
Once you've set it, you are welcome to send an email to email@example.com for me to check that the settings seem to be correct. (if you email rather than posting on the forums it'll save so many email notifications going out to our users!)
