1: Invalid URL

I am trying to set up a new website. The system rejects the url https://e-voice.org.uk/vopag without giving a reason. As far as I can see this fulfills the requirements.

On the application form don't add the 'https://e-voice.org.uk/' bit - so in this case just 'vopag'.
