we have set up a new site elsewhere how do I remove a site from here?

Email admin@e-voice.org.uk and request removal.

Though, a better alternative might be to set your e-voice site to redirect to your new site, using the External Site option in the site settings. That way anyone coming to your Voice site will be sent to your new site automatically, rather than just getting a Not Found error.
