I have just created a form using form builder.  The help documentation states that the 'form builder' does not appear on the main menu as other applications do - which is what I want. However, I enabled form builder, created my form, put the link to it in the relevant page and, after saving and logging out, Form Builder shows as a menu option.  How do I get it off the menu whilst retaining the link in the page?
