1: Server error when uploading files

When I try to upload any file to the Assets Library (including .pdf, .docx and .jpg [all the files are very small and so do not exceed any size limits]) I get the following error:

Server Error
The requested URL cannot be accessed due to a system error on this server.

AOLserver/4.5.1 on http://e-voice.org.uk:8080
