Why is it this xml rss feed works

http://www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/feed

 

but this does not

http://www.ctc.org.uk/rss.xml

Doesn't work in what sense? I just tried adding it to my Feeds app as a test and it worked fine.

It has now started working. Maybe a temp feed issue. Thanks for replying.
