I am unable to upload my audio file in either mp3 or .wav file format. The website tells me there has been a server error. Please help. Thanks

Hi Rebecca,

Can you confirm how large the file is - we have a 20MB limit on all uploads so it could be just that it's too big.

If you're encoding it as MP3 you should be able to get it quite a bit smaller than this by choosing an appropriate bit rate. (Though of course I know nothing of what the file is, how long it is, or what the desired quality is!)

At least now you know what you're aiming for so you can try a few different bitrates and see what comes out at a suitable size!
