How can I acsses my website if I remove all the domains fron the website setting /site domain.

You can always access it through its e-voice URL, for example
http://e-voice.org.uk/wvsda

If you do remove all the domain names then the A-Z Directory will straight away start using the e-voice URL to refer to the site. Though you will find that the domain name version will still appear in search engines for a while until they realise that it has moved.
