One of our members have registered with our web site but I have not received any notification for her and so I cannot authorize. When she signs in it tells her that her that she does not have permission. Is there any way you can check your end to see when she registered. Her e-mail address is marijke.zwart@hotmail.com

My guess is that she registered as a Voice user but didn't request to join your site. (I'd have to double check the logic here, but I'm not sure if registering as a user while within your site also automatically requests membership of your site, or whether they would also need to click the "Request Membership" button at the top of the page.
Anyway, be that as it may, I have now added her as a member of your site, so all should be well.
