1: Unable to register with evoice

Hello we have a site we've been using for ages. We have invited some new members to join but they get the message  

'This IP address is blocked from submitting forms without logging in. You may Login and try again.'

Can you advise me what to do to correct this problem

Can you please let me know the name of your community website and the email address of one of the users who is seeing the problem and I'll take a look.
