Hi

It is the front welcome page the bar at side menu bar has always been positoned at the top now you have to scroll down to see it ,

I see you've changed the theme - has this "cured" the problem for you? I have tried all sorts of browsers and don't see any major problem with it.

If so, can you confirm which theme caused the problem, and which browser and version you were using (Internet Explorer?), and I will look into it further in case it occurs for anyone else.

This has happened on the Ingol & Tanterton Neighbourhood Council Web Site,

I no longer have anything to do with the site but have noticed it and reported the problem to the administrator

I think I have tracked this problem down and cured it. It was affecting DarkTones and Playtime in IE8.

Try viewing the site and hitting "reload" in the browser, and you should find that the layout is now fixed. If not please let me know!
