Litter Picking
** Our usual Litter Picks are held on the last Sunday of the month **
** Meet at the Cafe on the Green at 11:00am **

Our intrepid band of voluteers, pictured here last winter, ventured out on an unseasonably chilly Saturday morning to tidy up both Sutton Green and Victoria Gardens. Split into smaller groups (because there were limits on the number of people who could congregate outdoors) and armed with hi-viz jackets, picking sticks and bags, we spent a good couple of hours eradicating the bits of litter that spoil the appearance of both Greens.
We are pleased to report that litter volumes are falling at present and wish to record our thanks to the people who use the Green for their help in keeping the area tidier.
