The trustees of Ellerton church are very pleased to offer a modest recipe book produced by Michael Thomas who has regularly presented a range of delicious and unusual cakes, gateaux and biscuits at many of the church's open events. With a card cover and spiral binding the book has been designed to open flat for easy use in the kitchen. All 37 recipes have been (thoroughly) tested and adapted for the English baker and are graded in terms of difficulty. Almost all are illustrated. There is a brief introduction to the history of the Ellerton Church Preservation Trust and to Michael himself.
