How to volunteer

As hosts of this popular event, we are going to need plenty of volunteers so if you can help out complete the online form (opens in new window).

Location

The relays take place from Abingdon Rugby Club, Lambrick Way, Abingdon OX14 5TJ.

Senior and masters' teams

Teams are made up of three runners for women. There will be senior (15 years and over) and masters teams (35 years and over).

Men's teams are made up of six runners. Senior (15 years and over) and masters (40 years and over).

Young athletes' teams

There will also be a race for young athletes, who must be 11 or over but under 15 on race day. Three legs, each of about 1.8 km, boys and girls normally race together but will count separately for county medals. To be eligible to compete for us, you just need to be a paid up first or second claim member of the club.

Ages are taken on race day. Seniors must be 15 or over and U15s must be 11 or over on the day of the race. Masters can run in senior teams, but all other runners must run in their age category.
