As a small group we find it beneficial to affiliate with other groups for training. These include Recorders of Uttlesford; Haverhill and District Local History Group; Suffolk Local History Council and Stour Valley Community Archeaology.
We have attended numerous workshops on subjects from aeriel photograhy and medieval graffiti to Victorian housing and World War 1 art.
We have attended the Suffolk Local History Council Conferences to learn about a number of other history topics including medieval Hadleigh and Lidar images.
