• Oscar's funeral will take place on Wednesday 8th April at St Mary's Church, Ellesmere, starting at 12.30.
• This will be followed by a committal service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Rhostyllen, Wrexham LL14 4EP starting at 1.30.
• Family and friends are then invited back to a gathering at Ellesmere Comrades Club.

It is with great sadness that we have to share the news that Tony 'Oscar' Johnson passed away on the evening of Wednesday 25^th February 2026. Oscar was a long standing supporter of Ellesmere Bowling Club and a pillar of the local community. He will be sorely missed by everybody at the bowls club.
