Great Horwood Parish Neighbourhood Plan 2025

The Parish Council has set up a Steering Group to advise on whether the Neighbourhood Plan should be modified or replaced. This part of the Parish Council website will provide news about the current status of the Steering Group's work. It will also give access to relevant documents.

At its first meeting on 25 March 2025 the Steering Group decided to recommend that the Plan should be modified, in order to take account of the increased housing requirement over the next few years. The original advice from Buckinghamshire Council was that we should need to plan for the provision of nine new dwellings per year. This advice has now, however, been updated.
