The Kilrenny and Anstruther Burgh Collection are a voluntary organisation that aims to help publish,exhibit and collect material from the Burghs of Kilrenny, Cellardyke, Anstruther Easter and Anstruther Wester. We have helped people in the past track down relatives,or sort out answers to photographs that people might have inherited. We aim to become a great place to find out more information about the culture and rich history of these burghs.

Please note. Minutes of Community Council Meetings are now being placed on the 'anstruther.info' web site. click on link above to go to site. The Royal Burgh of Kilrenny, Anstruther and Cellardyke Community Council is made up of up to 15 Locally elected members. The Community Council meets on the second Monday of the month in the burgh chambers Anstruther Town Hall at 7.30pm. All meetings are held in public, but are not public meetings. All Members of the public are most welcome to attend but anyone wishing to raise a particular subject should contact the secretary 7 days prior to the meeting. This will ensure that they will get on the agenda and be given appropriate time to discuss their issue.
