   (i) Interpretation Boards - progress report as follows:-

 

Cellardyke Interpretation Boards Update 7

 

1 JB met with the Community Council at their March '16 meeting.   Locations of the Boards had been distributed to the Council before the meeting.   There were no objections and no discussion regarding the 11 locations. The Council agreed that it would submit the planning application on CRA's behalf.

 

 2. The photographs, with the locations, were also submitted to the Planning department for a 'preview' for comments, before the official planning application is submitted. There has been no response so far. Costs for new posts for the boards have not been received from Fife Council.

 

3 A submission will be made to the 'Muir Fund' for funding the project for around £15 000, which will encompass the design, construction and installation costs - before the end of April.

 

 

   (ii) Floral Matters – arrangements for 2016 and for 2017

   (iii) Planning matters; icluding this item from the KACC minutes for February.

 CW Properties, a potential developer of land between Cellardyke and Kilrenny wishes to meet with a few Community Council members to discuss what the community may want. It was agreed that any such meeting will be at a full Community Council meeting only.
